Fees and sessions

I offer online and in person therapy sessions in Brighton, Hove, and Shoreham by Sea.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. I offer an initial consultation with no obligation to continue, giving us the opportunity to explore what you are seeking from therapy and whether we are the right fit to work together. Therapy can be short or longer term, depending on your needs.

Fees

£65 per session. Cancellations require a 48-hour notice period.
