When the inward tenderness finds the secret hurt, pain itself will crack the rock and ahhhh, let the soul emerge.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to carry alone. Sometimes we can recognise the impact something is having on us without fully understanding why. Through therapy, there is an opportunity to explore emotions, relationships, behavioural patterns, and past experiences with greater awareness, compassion, and curiosity.

My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I work at a pace that feels right for you, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored and understood. Drawing on attachment based and trauma informed approaches, IFS, and nervous system regulation informed by polyvagal theory, I support clients in building emotional resilience, deeper self understanding, and a greater sense of balance, connection, and calm.
