An autumn half-day retreat of yoga flow, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation, dedicated to supporting your nervous system through rest, movement, and connection.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of the Truleigh Centre in the South Downs, this restorative morning offers an opportunity to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we will explore the connection between mind and body, helping you to recognise the signals of your nervous system and discover ways to regulate and reset in ways that feel unique to you. Through gentle movement, guided reflection, journalling, and practical tools, you'll leave with insights and practices to support your wellbeing beyond the retreat.
The morning will include:
• An hour of yoga flow led by the lovely Naomi, a qualified yoga teacher
• Breathwork and grounding practices
• Polyvagal-informed techniques to support nervous system regulation
• Space for reflection, rest, and restoration
• Practical tools to take home and integrate into everyday life
• A calming environment to slow down and reset
• Deep relaxation and time to pause
The morning also includes nourishing snacks, herbal tea, and time to connect with nature and yourself.
If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, please do, although Pilates mats will also be available. For your comfort, you may wish to bring a blanket and pillow for the relaxation portion of the morning, along with a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please also bring a journal or pen and paper if you would like to make notes, reflect, or capture any insights from the retreat.
